Trying to sleep while very pregnant
One of the worst things about being extremely pregnant is trying to sleep at night. It's quite a challenge! I have not had a night of sleep where I didn't wake up at all for months. And it's only getting worse!
To be funny, they say that it's because your body is preparing you for all of the sleepless nights you'll have once your baby arrives. Very funny.
Besides having to get up several times a night because your bladder feels like it's about to explode, now that I'm almost to 37 weeks, one of the worst things is aching hips. They hurt so bad! I read that it's because your ligaments are loosening up.
And of course, you're not allowed to sleep on your back because it reduces the oxygen flow to Annabelle, and sleeping on my stomach is obviously out. So I must sleep on my aching hips.
Oh well, at least this is one of my biggest complaints about pregnancy! I'm fortunate that I have no complications!
